Abstract Starting from general education and innovative talents of meaning and relations in the analysis of the current status of General Education of Vocational Colleges and on the basis of the main problems discussed General Education path under Vocational College Innovative Talent Training target， which is to establish a correct concept of general education， to build a sound general education curriculum， to build a high-quality， professional ability of teachers， establish and improve the management mechanism.
对大学生而言，生活节奏快、长期紧张工作、心理因素及各种不良的生活行为习惯直接导致了健康状况的恶化。研究表明，长期的紧张和压力对健康有四害：一是引发急慢性应激，直接损伤心血管系统和胃肠系统，造成应激性溃疡，引起血压升高、心率加快，加速血管硬化进程，从而导致心血管事件的发生;二是引发脑应激疲劳，认知功能明显下降;三是破坏正常的生物钟，影响睡眠质量;四是导致免疫功能下降，以致恶性肿瘤和感染几率增高。其他诸如摄入高盐、高脂、高热量食物的不良饮食习惯;大量吸烟、酗酒、久坐不动、起居无常的不良生活习惯是造成亚健康的常见原因。环境、食品污染、噪声、微波及其他化学、物理因素污染是防不胜防的健康隐性杀手。而突然、持续、不良的精神心理刺激亦是引发亚健康状态的重要因素之一。
